Peaches are in season, so that means campfire peach baked brie!

Slice the peaches and sauté the fruit with lots of butter, some honey, and if you wish, you can flambé with your favourite liquor.

Pour it into a tinfoil-lined cast iron pan with brie layered on the top and bottom.

Cover the pan, place it on a medium fire and check on it regularly. You can add hot coals or a burned piece of wood on top of the pan to evenly distribute the heat.

It will come out ooey gooey and you can use the crackers of your choosing to dip into it.

If you’re camping this month, try this and let us know what you think! We’d love your recipe hacks too!
