Tuna Avocado on Toast is my new hyper-fixation lunch. It’s quick, it's easy, you can throw whatever you like in it, and it’s healthy.  

We like to put in onion, pepperoncini and a little bit of the juice as well.

Add in the canned tuna.

Add your avocado, salt, pepper, garlic powder, any seasonings you want.

We like spice, so we add some hot sauce as well.  

Mix it all together.

Toast up the bread of your liking. We like to use sourdough.  

Add it all together and you’ve got yourself a simple, healthy, delicious lunch that you can make in under 20 minutes.

She’s not pretty, but she is delicious. If you want to get extra fancy, you can also add some arugula or a fried egg on top.
